It’s a two-day event featuring conferences, workshops and talks aiming to help participants have a better understanding of what it takes to work at (or land an internship at) a tech company while also learning more about google technologies through hard skills workshops.

Since what it takes to be a good engineer does not only rely on the technical skills, Google IT also provides soft skills workshops from experts. Participants will get to learn from life coaches, human resources managers and experts. They will benefit from professional tricks for interviews and discover how to keep a balance between work-life and personal-life.
